Hiking on the trail above Lake Louise looking back at the famous Fairmont Chateau Hotel with the mountains of Banff National Park in the distance
Hiking towards Popes Peak with Mount Victoria in the distance
We were hiking up to a tea shop (yes really!!) when we saw a small avalanche on Mount Lefroy which I managed to catch the tail-end of!
We had the most marvellous few days at Echo Valley Ranch in British Columbia and one evening, with a storm threatening in the distance, the setting sun gave us this extraordinary display
During the night at Echo Valley the storm hit us with full force and gave us an unexpected early snow fall
I love the relentless power of a waterfall and although the weather wasn't great I love the way the low cloud merges with the spray
Heading to Vancouver Island we came across this extraordinary log jam - the light wasn't great but the Hasselblad X1D did a great job anyway!
Have a look at these other galleries!
